Language is the way to express feelings and thoughts. As there are two type of language, first kind is mother tongue and other kind is foreign language. Any language other than mother tongue is foreign language. First of all, mother tongue is important to live with local peoples and local tradition. Aside, this is also important to know foreign language in many such cases like for job interviews, immigration to other countries and minimal foreign language knowledge for tour visit to other country with different language.
