Book Reports / comparing two short stories for english, the lottery and the most dangerous game [3]

Need some ideas about how to start an intro paragraph for comparing two bookes, "the lottery" and "the most dangerous game" and how the short stories along with the characters are deceiving.

Also need to have a like saying, such as "don't judge a book by it's cover", along those lines but not exact words
