The applicant currently acts in the capacity of a Premium Service officer in the Premium Lounge. With her input, the segment has grown to almost 2000 customers from 0, with over N300,000,000 deposits mobilized.

Her communication skills has earned her interaction with High Net worth Individuals that visit the Lounge and this has made a huge impact on cross-selling with even just a customer having over 6 accounts with the bank with each grossing nothing less than N200,000,000 monthly aside various customers with personal account and other investment interest.

She is a team player and always willing to go the extra mile in achieving team goals and objectives. These qualities combined with the knowledge gained in Sweden, I believe, are important qualities required in networking and in societal development.
