Essays / "Participation rights of children" - it's difficult to get my essay started! [2]

I haven't written an essay since I left school years ago and just can't get this started. I've had 3 weeks to write a 1500 word essay on participation rights of children and now have 1 day left! I've gathered lots of information, just need to get something written down now. Any help or suggestions to get me started would be much appreciated. Thanks
