Dear Scholarship Committee,
Dear XX,

Vipassana is a primordial meditation method for enlightenment. It helped me overcome the pain of losing my beloved father in my second year of college. That tragic loss to a poor family like us made me wonder: continue studying or quit? With great determination, I studied and worked as a Grabike driver 25 hours a week to support myself. I also maintained my academic records to receive a scholarship every semester. I carried out two student scientific research projects, had a scientific publication, and am preparing for another publication. These things make me more mature and love knowledge more. As a result, I overcame nearly 100 classmates to become the valedictorian with the desire to devote more to science.

Having studied neurophysiology since freshman year at college, it wasn't until the last year that I realized how interesting it was in explaining the way we think. After my father's death and statistical analysis using SPSS software with a total of 574 participants, I wonder: do we perceive death and science in the right way? Without the understanding of the human brain, we could not do science effectively and vice versa. From there, I became more interested in the philosophy of science, and the YYY lab at XX. Thus, Neuroscience with a specialization in Cognitive Models of Science is the optimal way to approach the truth of science and to create a revolution in science. However, I also want to work on the neuroscience of mindfulness because experiments are also fun and valuable.

With knowledge and skills from XX, I will contribute to the development of where I graduated. The Department of Educational Psychology with subjects such as Scientific Research Methods will be my main teaching area. I will also be a research assistant, earning my Ph.D., and continue to research and teach Cognitive Neuroscience and related fields at Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City.

Hungary is one of the countries with the longest diplomatic relations with Vietnam. Among the most innovative countries when its capital is a treasure trove of architecture makes me excited to discover this place and its culture. I also found out that XX means knowledge, opportunity, openness,... - values that I have been pursuing. Therefore, I hope to come here and bring my experiences to contribute to an interdisciplinary field like Neuroscience.

Thanks for your consideration!
