I will utilize the knowledge and experience gained from my studies to empower our health workers with new public health skills, knowledge and strategies to improve the health and wellbeing of the people. In Sweden, I will be availed the opportunity to learn new leadership skills, connect and make new friends, learn different cultures and professional knowledge from other areas through it's activities and trainings. I will be opportuned to be a member of the network for future global leaders which will help to build long lasting collaborations between my country and Sweden. knowledge and experience will provide me the opportunity to contribute to strategic decision making in formulating and implementing a good health policy to promote standard practice in health service delivery. My research experience obtained will be use as a guide in conducting health research to promote evidence base practices and equal distribution of resources to improve the health and wellbeing of the people.
