Scholarship / Skills and knowledge gained from study by an individual aspiring to become a healthcare professional [3]
As a dedicated individual aspiring to become a healthcare professional, I am eager to acquire the skills and knowledge to excel in the field of medicine. Therefore, these study programs offer opportunities to pursue my passion for contributing to the well being of others.
First of all, my first choice program is the University of XXXX, studying Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, because it offers a medical curriculum that emphasises medical education. Through this program, I aim to aspire to a deep understanding in the foundation of basic sciences and clinical skills that will enhance my abilities in physical examination. Also by learning from the admired faculty members and highly skilled healthcare professionals, I aim to acquire the ability to diagnose, treat and prevent illnesses from spreading around the world.
Moreover, although health science is my second choice, the University of XXXX presents numerous opportunities in fostering team work and effective communication among healthcare professionals. Therefore, i aim to gain the knowledge in healthcare training as this will enhance my critical thinking, problem solving and research skills, to enable me to contribute to the advancement of healthcare globally and locally.
