The diagram illustrate how to produce sugar from sugar cane
Overall, there are 7 stages in this progress, beginning with the growing of sugar cane and ending with processed sugar.
First of all, the sugar canes were planted about 12 to 18 months that makes the amount of sugar in the cane can become sweetest. Then farmer will harvested this, they reaper it by hand from the root. However, nowadays, farm is prefer using harvester to cropping handmade, one of the most reasons it will collect quickly and more convenient.
In the following step, the sugar cane is cleaned and then crushed into industrial juicer, subsequently the juice will be purified by limestone filter. Then, the clean juice is put in a big pot to become syrup which calls evaporator. The centrifuge will be separates sugar crystals from syrup. The last step is drying and cooling, the processed sugar was born.
