@Holt thank you for your reply! So do you believe the benefits of the GPA boost outweigh the benefits of ED extra % acceptance rate? I know Stern RD is about 7%, and my GPA would still not be the best even after going up... I see what you're saying though im just expressing my internal thoughts so if you could give me some more reasoning as to the pros and cons I would greatly appreciate it!

Essays / Should I apply ED NYU Stern or wait RD (Meh GPA can improve) [3]

I REALLY want to go to NYU Stern, its my top choice so naturally I wanted to ED there (my counselor didnt say anything against it)
Freshman year (and some of sophomore year) I dealt with alot of mental health struggles, and im hoping to voice this in the NYU additional info section as well as all other schools im applying to. For this reason, I have a 3.72 UW and 4.33 W. I have upward trend each year, and junior year I actually got straight A's both semesters. I most likely will end with all A's this semester as well, which would boost my grade to 3.76 UW and 4.43 in time for regular decisions. Also my SAT is 1530

My essays are pretty strong, and my EC's and awards/honors are far above average (6 figure business, award winning alzhimers/parkinsons research under UMich, Wharton investment challenge nationally ranked, internships at top accounting firms, and even more around the same strength)

should I ED or save until RD to improve my grades?
