The given table illustrates details and predicts the change in the number of citizens of 65 and about in Canada, Germany and UK in three different years.
As can be seen from the table, in 1988 and 2000, the proportion of 65 and over 65 people in Germany is the highest while the UK is opposite. By the year 2030, it is predicted that both 3 countries will witness a similar growth in percentage by 5 to 6 percent.
From 1988 to 2000, the growth in percentage of senior in Germany is considerable, from 20,45 to 25,32 meanwhile old English citizens witness a minimal grow of under 1 percent. Compare to Canadian, the raise of people is far more stable.
In 2030, it is hoped that German elderly still highest and UK will be in contrast. However by this year, Englis is predicted to have a significant growth to more than 5 percent.Canada and Germany has the same rate in growing population.
