The chart provide information about the intake four kinds of meats, include fish,beef,chicken and lamb in European nations over a course of 25 years.
From an overall perspective, it is evident that the quantity of chicken consumed in European nations have a big change betwen 1974 and 2004,majority showed an upward trend, whereas a reverse pattern could be seen in the figure for the remaining types of food over the years shown.
In 1984, the number of beef consumed had an explosion increase compared previous years and got the hightest at 240, the next was chicken with the amount of chicken consumed at 150 grams per person per week. The third was lamb and fish consumed reach the bottom.
After reaching a peak of around 240 grams in 1984, the consumption of beef gradually fell to somewhere in the vicinity of 100 grams in 2004. Wth the increase of each year, The quantity of chicken consumed reached a maximum at 250 in 2004. In contrast, the period from 1979 to 2004 saw a constant decrease in fish and lamb consumed,and reaching the lowest point of 50 grams for fish
