Research Papers / Help with Thesis on using a classroom website for communication & collaboration [2]

Help- I need some direction with my Master's thesis. I have read the literature on how the internet allows students access to resources, collaboration and communication skills. I find many teachers do not utilize a classroom website. Why is the question? How would I connect the lack of a teachers website to all the benefits one would offer? I'm doing a qualitative study, what would the methodology look like?
