thanks a lot for the reply it really helped me!

It actually made me do a bit more thinking and I actually came up with a thesis.

Despite Universities trying to prevent plagiarism by implementing TurnItIn, offering teacher help, open discussions and paraphrasing and citation skill practice, students and their lazy attitude towards plagiarism is showing minimum effort to cooperate to stop the problem.

I'm not quite sure about it though. Do u guys think its a valid thesis or not? I need some feedback please
