Essays / Essay structure (my first essay for a Management class) [4]

Hi,

I'm studying in the UK and I'm about to write my first essay for a Management class. We were given a case study and need to answer 3 questions based on the text.

I'd like to know whether I should answer these questions one by one with each question as a headline, or whether I should just write one continuous text answering all the questions.

If my essay should be a continuous text, how do I structure it? Obviously introduction, main part, and conclusion, but should I still answer the questions one by one?

This may be a very simple query, but I'd be very grateful for some advice.
