According to the narrator restraint in the use of power impress people rather than manifestation. I believe that the use of power is completely depends on what situation is demanding. It's the behavior of every creature on earth that powerful creature dominates on weaker creature. sometime manifestation of power could be key of survival where as restraint in use of power could become key of survival. So therefore; I would agree with narrator in some scenario where as disagree in another scenario.

It is very important to use the power where it is required. If you failed to do so you will become a loser. For example in boxing ring if a fighter does not fight against the competitor and does not manifest his fighting skill he could lose the competition.

On the contrary powerful weapons such as nuclear bombs which are created to use against enemy during wars must be restrained, because if any country try to misuse there powerful weapon against their enemy country could lead to destruction of the whole world. Therefore, in this case restraint use of power would impress most people.

In conclusion, manifestation or restraint in use of power depends upon the fact that what is the demand of situation. If not done so, attaining power would become meaningless in the world.

According to my opinion young people should prefer living in city because of the many reason. Lets take an example of a young couple who wants to start a new job and new family together. Starting professional life and family life would be easier in city as compared to rural area because of the following reasons:-

Plenty of jobs available in the city: As there are plenty of jobs available in the city it will be easier for them to find a suitable job. But in rural area there are very few jobs.

More social life: As we can see that city is full of other people around it will be easier for the couple to make new friends. They can even find some good neighbor s and become friends. Where as in rural area it is very rare that you can find people to even talk.

Convenient to commute: In the city there are plenty of places where you can go just by walking, there is no need of parking a car.

Public transportation: As I have seen, there are plenty of options available in the city to commute like Bus, Trains, Subways . By using cheap public transport a new couple can save lots money which they would have wasted if they have used there own vehical to go here and there.

Closer to events happening in city:- I believe that City is the most happening place to live because many concerts and events happens in the city which you would like to attend on a regular basis. Whereas if you live in suburb you will have travel to the city to attend the event, which is again a time consuming thing to do.

More time for kids and family:- By living in the city you will not have travel much as you will be near to you job and the time saved you can give to your kids and family.

Good opportunity education:- Later on when there kids grow up they will have more and better educational institutions in the city as compared to suburb.

Good facilities like Mall, medical, Market:- City is full of shopping malls, Medical centers which you can take benefits of.
But for the retired people I would suggest that they should prefer living in the rural area because they have easy going life style in the rural area. Because they don't have to worry about jobs since they are retired, They can just sit back relax in quietness of rural area. They are retired so they don't have to commute here and their that as compared to the young families.
