As an officer of Key Club international, I learned integrity, and compromise. Integrity was always with me, except by being an officer and having to set up projects, I have learned how to talk with other people and compormise with other people's ideas and make my ears to open to an open discussion, rather than just thinking about my projects and my opinions toward certain things.
