Talking bout the ethics standpoint is a little shaky because it's subjective to each person. Some might say it's good because they believe in an "eye for an eye." others might disagree. Also you can talk about the statistics on whether or not the death penalty is actually a deterrent to keep ppl from committing crimes that warrant the death penalty

Research Papers / (drug testing) finding academic resources and forming a thesis for my research paper [2]

This is a research paper I'm having trouble finding any academic journals or sources for that are not pure Internet resources. I'm also having trouble forming a thesis for the paper. The subject is should drug testing mandatory in the workplace, or the alternative subject I want to do is should single sex classrooms be an option fo public education. It's hard to find any academic sources for these topics. If i could find any research, I could probably form a thesis. But one is hard to form without the other. Any help finding academic resources would be great! Also, the articles or resources have to be able pull a criticsl analysis of them. Thank you.
