Speeches / MLA format for speech writing [3]

Speeches / MLA format for speech writing [3]

I am not sure where to look and was hoping some one on this forum might be able to help. The MLA hand book does not seem to address speech writing outlines in MLA format. I am looking for spacing and formatting. I am finding incomplete answers all over the net and was hoping someone will point me in the right direction. I realize this is mainly a research paper writing forum but was wondering if anyone might be able to help me out here. I am a returning college student and have been out of the game for 20 years.
