Essays / I have to do an essay on diversity and need some help. How do I start? [4]

How can i contribute to diversity? I am a white kid in a dominately white school. I don't see how I can contribute much to diversity. I am applying for a scholarshp, and have to write an essay of 100 words or LESS. How can I fit everything into such a small frame?
