i think it is right without the "which" because we have a dependant clause which is (Although there are not enough words to describe my desire to study at the American University in Cairo ,) so the other clause should be independent . ( a desire to study somewhere that offers remarkable education superiority, interesting cultural variety, and the inspiring student life ) is its subject and ( are ) is its verb .
