Essays / Interest in Health Careers - suggestions on how to start? [2]

I'm applying for a summer camp dealing with health careers. To be considered, I must write a one page essay describing my interest in health careers,including what career I'd like to pursue and why. I'm having a tough time beginning the piece. It shouldn't be this complicated, but I'm bad for making small things massive. I want to be a dentist. Health careers interest me because there is so many directions you can go, and you get to help others solve their problems. I have went through different obstacles with my dentist. I feel that I can connect with patients and guide them through issues that occur. I'm asking for your help in getting started. The intro and the layout of the paper are unclear. Any suggestions at all would be very helpful. Thank you!
