Essays / RE: HR Conflict Resolution Project - how to start? [2]

I am stuck on getting started on a class project. It is a HR Conflict in Organizations. I am supposed to create a fake scenario and invent characters and pretend I am a consultant hired to assess the situation and write an executive summary and cover the following. The difficulty I am having is coming up with a fake scenario and getting started with the introduction. There is so much information out there it is hard focusing on one area and simply getting started. Any ideas?
