Graduate / 'learning more on computers and future' motivation letter for ms computer science [2]

I completed my Bachelor in computer science. presently i am working as a Database Administrator from past Three and half years,Now I want to apply for masters in computer science in Europe.

i dont Know how to write motivation letter , would u anybody help me to how to write a letter Regarding this i can provide some details about me please below

Eduation - B Tech from indian university with an aggregation of 57% in the year 2005
(actually i am an good student up to inter but after came to BTech i have got other activitis so please hide my track details as possible and explor about my intelligence ,
