Working at McDonalds has allowed me to make a difference by supporting charities and organizations. Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMJC) Canada is our community commitment that is important to our customers. It provides sick children with their families that they need the most. I have played an active role in our local community such as McHappy Day, a national fundraiser. One of the things that I do is smile and promotes Happy Meals to customers because ten cents from every Happy Meal sold goes to RMJC Canada. Where smiles are always free, it gives us a desire to make customers happy.
