I first became interested in Boston University when Anne Corriveau visited my school in Mumbai two years ago. The combination of being in a prestigious school and a culturally rich city seems like the perfect fusion for me. I basically stalked the website and am itching to be a part of the School of Hospitality Administration program and take HF 220 Food and Beverage Management along with all the other classes. Boston University is a place with fresh minded teaching and determined students, where it all collides to form a mesh of greatness e.g. Martin Luther King Jr. I visited Boston University over spring last year and I was smitten, not only with the campus but the city as well. I am also aware that I would not feel home sick because of Boston being the tenth largest Indian community in the country. Experiencing the life of being in Boston will prepare me for the real world and will give me the best tools to balance my classes and extra curricular activities.
