Undergraduate / Medical field was always my choice of career - NJIT App [4]

In the past year I introduced to New Jersey Institute of Technology from my close relative, a current NJIT student (Chemical Engineer Major). She has been a strong advocate for the NJIT community and frequently complimented the avid academic instructors, meticulous courses, rich diversity among student and faculty, and the pleasant campus. However, I was skeptical until I visited the campus myself. Everything I heard from my friend profoundly mirrored my experience on open house tour and convinced me that NJIT was the right school for me. From the cooperative NJIT representative, I learned that small class sizes permit the students to interact with the professors. Though, I am particularly excited about the Biomedical Engineer program available to undergraduate students. Unfortunately, my current University falls short when compared to the programs available for Undergraduate students which attend NJIT. Therefore, I want to attain the major to develop an understanding of biological and chemical systems of the human body before entering Medical School.

As far back as I can remember, I have always been interested in careers in the medical field. I do admit that I have changed my perception of an ideal career within the study of medicine but always in science department. While attending high school I favored my AP Biology class because it discussed questions about how the plants convert the suns energy to sugar and insights of how the world may have been created. For the most part society perceives science major students to be born with extraordinary intelligence, though I do believe science major students are incredibly intellectual not from birth but because they are committed to their classes and study routines. Thus it is crucial for the University to have a strict academic environment to further my education. By taking part in the biomedical program I will be obtaining a fundamental component for a career in the health professions.

In short, the New Jersey Institute of Technology has really surpassed my expectations. With all extensive program offerings and experienced professors who foster ingenuity, inspiration, and determination and academic excellence. The academic environment is devoted to the nourishment knowledge and intellectualism. It goes without mentioning that NJIT's reputation in East Coast has deeply influenced me to research more information and discovered graduate students who rave about the quality and earnestness of the staff and students. Therefore, the alumni and current students can be credited for my reason to apply for NJIT because they have experienced the classes first hand and perceive success within reach.
