Undergraduate / My family and I moved in the middle of my junior year:Education Interruption [2]

My family and I moved in the middle of my junior year. I started attending ----- High School in the middle of the marking period, with some of the most rigorous courses possible. All my classes were either honors or AP. Some of the courses I was initially taking in my previous school, I was not able to pursue in ----- High school because they were not offered. Moving was difficult, as I only got notice of the event less than a week prior. I had difficulty getting accustomed to my surroundings and new community. My transitioning experience also negatively impacted my grades to some extent. However, I am currently back on track, I've made new friends and have better relationships with my teachers. Overall, this was more of a learning experience to me than anything else. I've realized the importance of adapting quickly, and to be prepared for the unexpected.
