Dear Hotel Splendide,

I am writing this letter to make arrangements for the stay during the weekend at your hotel to hold a seminar at there and to get more information on the places of interest and different activities nearby.

I am looking to reserve accommodation for single room in your hotel for three nights for twenty guests.We will be arriving on the 5th of July which will be on Friday afternoon, and leaving on the 7th of July evening.

About the meals, I would love to have dinner on Friday evening. And on Saturdar and Sunday have breakfast, lunch, dinner. In additon, there are two people are vegetarian and four do not drink alcohol. Please pay attention about that.

I would also appreciate if you could provide me with one conference room and three smaller seminar rooms which has basic equipment, such as: overhead project, flip chart, VCR ...

Furthermore, I would also like to know about the activities that we can take part in during our stay for more fun and relaxation.
