EASYGOING/KPOP FAN/ INDEPENDENT; Stanford /Letter to Roommate - Future Friend [4]
To my future roommate,
Hey! I'm _________ and although we don't know each other yet, hopefully I'll be able to show you a part of who I am through this letter. I know it's not much, but I'll try to cover the important details.
I'm an easygoing person for the most part, yet I can be serious when I need to be. If you ask my friends, they'll tell you that one of my favorite pastimes is to have casual yet often deep conversations on everything from Korean Pop celebrities (I'm an avid KPOP fan) to graphology to our own futures 10 years from now. I often interject with nerdy jokes and enjoy being witty (all in good taste of course). I hope you'll enjoy our future conversations as much as I will.
Over the year, you'll probably notice that once I get started on something whether it be a problem set or a Vsauce video marathon, I stick with it until the end. It won't be uncommon for me to pull an all-nighter if I'm determined to finish and I hope that won't be a problem. I apologize in advance if it is, but I'm sure we'll be able to work something out. Also, if you ever need help with anything whether it be Physics homework or girl advice, feel free to ask me as I'm always looking out to help a friend in need.
I should also warn you that I'm very independent. I'm not antisocial in any way or form, but sometimes I just enjoy doing things on my own. Don't be alarmed if you find me sitting alone at The Axe & Palm, downing a milkshake at 1 AM. I'm not lonely. Chances are I'm just introspecting. I'll often go walking on a whim and will spend much of my time exploring the opportunities that Stanford has to offer. However, feel free to join me as we can (and should) go exploring together.
Through this letter, I think I've shown you a glimpse of my character and idiosyncrasies. Of course, there is much more to me than the 2000 character limit can convey, but I'm sure you'll find out the rest over our year together. Let's make the most of it!
Your future roommate and friend,
_________
