Respected Sir,
I am Dhaval Harkhani, final year student of 5 year integrated program in SVNIT Surat India. At the end of which I will receive a Master's degree (M.sc.) in Applied Physics. I am applying for master project at EPFL PV-LAB
Research Interest:
I have a keen interest in Fields of development and characterization of thin film solar cell. I have attend I camp summer school 2012 at university of Colorado USA.Durring this school I got some short of theoretical knowledge in the field of renewable energy and thin film solar cell as well as organic solar cell and I am inspired to get more experimental knowledge in this field.
Currently I am a summer intern at Facilitation Centre for Industrial Plasma Technologies IPR Gandhinagar India. I am working on transparent conducting oxide (TCO) at PECVD lab and aim of my project is to apply hydrogen plasma treatment on indium tin oxide films fabricated by r.f. reactive sputtering and study the electrical and optical properties of ITO.i have basic hand on magnetron sputtering at FCIPT.
I did go through EPFL current master student project list and i am interested in working in PVLAB on the master project of Investigations of ZnO thin films deposited by magnetron sputtering during the span of January-June 2014.
Having gone through your research interests I feel that I would be able to do justify the research within your group. In addition, diligence, persistence, cooperation and honesty are my intrinsic personalities. I am confident that I will be suitable for your research group. I pledge to work to my Best potential and add value to your project.
