How to start an introduction to a essay about life change by using cell phones

So I have to write an essay on how our way of living change based on through by using cell phones. I have to use information and things from the book Present Shock by Douglas Rushkoff and the movie "Digital Nation". But I'm not sure how I should start the introduction in it and how I should start the essay and what information i should provide in it. Can anybody help me? Like i don't want you to tell me what to write but like examples or like how i should write it or something..
