Its a pleasure to write a recommendation for Anya who has applied to pursue graduate studies at XXXX university.
As the project manager in ABC Private Ltd., I have known Anya for the last 2 years as an application engineer . She is responsible for handling projects related to governors for the steam turbines and compressors in ABC. Before joining as a full time position here, she proved her mettle as an intern for 7 months. During that period she proved her technical abilities and skills.
Though working in the domain of power and control systems presents many critical challenges, Anya has been quite adept in handling a number of projects. Based on her proficiency she is engaged in extensive discussions with ABC clients for preparation and finalization of design of the project. Her ability to deliver good quality output in spite of stringent deadlines has earned her appreciation from all around. Over the time I have known her, she has willingly accepted new assignments and performed her tasks well. Her proficiency in CAD and related ABC software has contributed immensely in projects success. Also, in order that she's able to quench her thirst for knowledge, she's ever on the lookout for new information, updates in the current projects which is she's working for. I believe her experience in dealing diverse projects and her strong technical knowledge of control systems makes her at par with other experienced engineers.
Not only she has consistently performed her role with competence, but she also goes an extra mile to help out other team members. Recently she was assigned an extra duty of training the team members on a ABC product which she readily accepted and was successful in doing so. Her exceptional interpersonal and communication skills makes her an indispensable asset of our team.
I am sure that Anya would be an excellent asset to any research team she wishes to join and a successful researcher in her chosen field. Graduate studies would be a continuation of her development process and will help her to achieve new horizons.
