Please briefly elaborate on one of your extracurricular activities or work experiences.

With my left foot in front of me, my right behind me, standing with a tennis ball in my left hand and my racket in my right, I shift my momentum back as I steadily start to move both my arms down and back up away from each other in a circular harmonic motion. Both arms meet equilibrium as they meet my shoulder level while I gently throw the ball up with my left hand and move my racket up with my right arm. At the instance where the ball is at its peak, I forget the intense heat that is building up the sweat on my body, the English project due the next day, and everything around me. "It's only me and the ball, nothing but me and the ball. " "Pop! Swish! Pop! Squeak! " The point is over. My mind stays strong as I show no emotion.
