What do you hope to achieve for your organisation by doing this course? Max. 200 words

programs with organization goals and objectives is "one of the best kept secrets in
modern management . . ."
Having highly skilled employees who are given the potential to grow their expertise
is a great benefit to any organization. An organization's success can often be directly
attributed to the skills and expertise of its individual employees, and these beneﬁts should
not be overlooked. What I will learn from this course would be useful and helpful
to my organization in4 choosing better solutions for our projects.
Since its inception in 2008, RTs has proven itself to be the industry frontrunner
in terms of innovation, foresight and vision; by this course I want my organization
to reach its aims that has been to deliver a versatile, dynamic live data service,
which is second to none in terms of functionality, accuracy and reach.
We operate in over 140 countries worldwide. I want RTs to cover more tournaments in more territories, than any other play-by-play service.

Scholarship / Learning is like sailing against water current ; MSP SCHOLARSHIP [3]

Chinese always say that "Learning is like sailing against water current, we cannot move forward without putting effort". As a digital tool user in Real Time Sportscast - RTS company , I look forward to seize the future goal that I ever wanted, which is being a digital media entrepreneur, but in order to meet such goal; I have to be more qualified from different sides especially the side that cover the developing of new media models and products. I want to learn more about that fast-growing field in order to change my career direction and improve my prospects. By the MSP I will acquire expertise in a wide variety of technologies, learn commercially valuable skills and work with internationally renowned research groups, learning the latest developments. That is why I need to get involved in such experience through being in "MSP scholarship " program , so I will gain the required skills and experience , moreover I can exchange ideas and latest innovations in digital world in such a professional way.
