The flow chart shows that, hiring process at large corporation for the permanent post. The step involved in the process of selecting candidates described below.

In the first step candidates must submit their resume or curriculum vita to the company. After successful completion of the submission process job seeker will go for attend the initial qualifying interview round, in this round recruiters wants a minimum qualification from the candidates (ex. B.E, B.Tech)

Recruiters will select who achieved a minimum qualification and rest of them eliminated. The candidates who achieved a minimum qualification they were go for next round that is aptitude test. In the test recruiters want to know about the candidates how much he or she having the skills, the reason behind this test candidate who were in the post they should have a minimum skill when he or she work with under pressure. The candidates who were pass in the test they will go to next round remaining candidates eliminated means not employed.

The candidates who were appeared and pass the test they must start work in probation of six months, in this period candidates get more information about the work and other hand recruiters get a chance to how much candidate have the capability of work. After successful completion of six months recruiters gave reference they were posted in permanent employed

hi techgreek,
i would like to give some advise, i hope it will help you , in your answer you mentioned only cars. is that traffic occur only by the cars.. what about other vehicles like trucks .. i mean to solve this problem why govt. should collect the tax from only on cars what about other vehicles also. and also when you get the question is like agree disagree question you go for one side means agree or disagree . don't go both side it will take lot of time ... these suggestion are taken from some blogs(ielts).. just go for tips first ... all the best for your exam.. thank you

Q).Most schools offer some type of physical education program to their students. Why is physical education important? Should physical education classes be required or optional?

A) Physical education plays an important role in pupil's life. In the first place, children learn better if they spend part of each day getting some physical exercise. Additionally, physical education teaches important skills such as team work. Also, it contributes to their overall physical and mental abilities.

Physical education is more important to pupils it's difficult to sit in a class all the day; pupils can exercise and relax after their physical activity. This helps them feel happier and comfortable at school .Moreover some kind of games need team when that time students need to communicate who were in that team pupils get a chance to improve their team work it will helpful in their career.

Unfortunately, most of the educational institutions don't give even an hour to pupils in their institution timings, they are concentrating only on how to embody pupil to become a best graders, even though parents are also think like this.

Finally, above mentioned describe physical education is most important element in pupil life.
