Undergraduate / My life goal is to have a Computer Engineering degree and go to North Texas University [6]

prompt

Sorry about the title, I ment to say Computer Engineer.
I go to Tarrant County College southeast campus

Heres is the prompt its from the power point from my instructor.

Purpose: Keeping in mind that your goals need to be reasonable, measurable, and achievable, write a Life Goals Paper that discusses your goals, why you chose them, how they reflect your values and dreams, and how you plan to achieve them. Make sure you are SPECIFIC in detailing how you will work to achieve your goals. For example, if one of your goals is to successfully complete your courses this semester, you need to explain the specific steps you will take to reach that goal (study for 2 hours each night, attend tutorials once a week, etc.)

- In each paragraph, you should introduce the goal, how it reflects who you are and your values, why you want to achieve this goal, and how you plan to achieve it.

o The paper needs to end with a conclusion paragraph.

o Your paper needs to begin with an introduction that introduces the purpose of the paper and what is to come. Make sure you include a strong thesis statement.

o The body of your paper should have at least one paragraph for each goal.

Life goals essay

My name is Victor Nyandika. This is my first year as a college freshmen. My goals are to get a computer engineering degree and go to north Texas University.

When I was in high school I was always on the computer all the time, coding and solving problems in my Ben barber class I realized liked it my teacher would introduce me to new problems and I would solve it I like solving problems because there's logic always behind it and it's very challenging.

The reason I picked North Texas as my goal is because it's affordable and they have a dedicated computer engineering facility,I can also drive back home in a matter of hours, to see my family my cousin also goes there too and he tells me the people and faculty are great there and I can network with people and get any support I might need.

Right now I'm at TCC, I have goals planned out so I can get my basics done and move on to core classes. First, I'm going to have to see my adviser about what I need to do and get things done so I can transfer to North Texas I need to look for scholarship money and a job.

In my first academic year I will take core classes that will be my head start in college
While I am free during that time I will study for my tests for my classes and visit my adviser to check up on how I'm progressing and how my grades are and tell him my problems or what should I do if I'm stuck between what classes, I should need and give me a heads up on what to do next for my first year and so on.

If I'm stuck in a financial situation where I can't pay for my classes or books I will need to apply for scholarship's and have found some that will push me to excel and be more competitive in school. I will join men of color for scholarship money because that is where, I can push my knowledge and hardworking skills to the fullest.
