I understand. we're coursera's language coordinators, the meeting is so we can gather around out of the coursera's forums and talk more as friends and get to know each other. this will help us feel like a group so we can work along and care for other language's works too, so this will improve the coursera's translation community. (since this is a volunteer work)

well, why do you need those?
but, It's in a community. we are something like project managers and we are trying to make us feel more like a group. so the work would improve. google hang out makes us meet each other and commit and everything

In the past weeks we have tried to communicate to each other and work as a group.we have helped each other and discussed ideas. Since knowing each other, talking as more than coworkers will make our work and communications better, we have arranged a meeting -a google hang out.
