Leadership and responsibility are key qualities we look for in candidates; can you tell us of an experience(s) that demonstrated these qualities?
When I was attending the International School of Kabul I was the representative of my grade for STUCO, or Student Council. My position was important as I was the medium between the students in my grade and the school administration. Our school was small, with only 350 students total from K-12 and about 15 in my grade. But my responsibility was great nonetheless as a leader. We often held fundraiser or social events at the school in which I was mainly in charge of the logistics. For example tables, chairs, balloons, cakes, and other objects that were needed during the event. This type of responsibility required great organization and time management.
