I like to work in a team for several reasons.
The biggest ones are making the work more efficient and having the team spirit.

Firstly, working in a team will make the work more efficient.
It increases the productivity of your work. If a job requires 10 days for one person to finish, then it will just be done in 5 days if 3 people work together.

Not only increasing the productivy, it also upgrade the quality of the work. Because when we work together, we can see each other's mistakes and we can fix them perfectly. Everybody makes mistakes, but it's good to have someone fixing the mistakes we don't even realize. Personally, it will improve your ability.

Secondly, working in a team will give us the team spirit.
Working in a team requires us to unite and care for each other. If we don't connect with our team-mates, the work will be a mess!

When having team spirit, you will know how to behave to people. It will help you to fall in line with society. Then you will have people's love and trust - the key of life and success.

Although there are some disadvantages of working in a team, we should tend to be together. Working together will make you feel life is more pleasant and make yourself much more grown up.

personally i like to work in a network where there is no monoarchy . like that

n i don't think that there is some thing to be improved in your essay ...

i have some corrections i hope that help you
- never begin a sentence by because/ the sentence must have always a subject and a verbe.
-behave with people /line 9.
-it is the key of success in life /line 9
- a lot of it

generaly your paragraph has a very clear ideas. you have only to focus on grammar and vocabulary
