kanav92 1 / - Jun 8, 2010 #1I am comparing both the books and my thesis statement is A thousand Splendid Suns and the Book of Negroes show that at one one point women had to struggle to gain a good education, avoid sexual exploitation and gain equality to men.my 1st paragraph is comparing the hardship faced by Mariam and Aminata for a good education.2nd paragraph is about how women are sexually exploited in both books3rd paragraph is about men who play superior roles.Now my question is i need a good introduction.Can someone please help me.

Can you say something more precise? It's okay if you narrow the focus the list a little bit. This is way too general, I think. Do you know what I mean when i say you should go deeper into the particular observation you are making.
