Persepolis ; Need help with ideas and examples

Im taking a comics english course and im god awful at it and need some help starting this paper:

A recurring them in Persepolis is Satrapi's feeling of ambivalence about her native country: although she feels alienated from it and oppressed by it, she also has difficulty adjusting to life in other parts of the world as well. How does Satrapi use comics form to explore this theme of alienation? Does she depict her younger self as coming to any kind of resolution, any way of overcoming this alienation or of dealing with it?

If I can get some help with some ideas and examples I will be able to run with the rest of the paper from there

First i am not really comics geek but i think i know is when u want to do a topic...there will always be some tiny ideas...those ideas should be written down and also to feel the character, try to embody the character you are working on..
