Below is my answer:

I firmly believe that people's skills are enhanced through continuous learning and practice, the principle that drove my decision to pursue this program, majoring in accounting and management control. My initial cognitive journey began with six years of studying accounting theory, but I realized the practical application was much more challenging. Over the past ten years, I have worked in finance departments in various industries. Sometimes finance team was criticized for not being able to provide actionable advice. This prompted me to ponder how the finance team could add value to the company while managing risks effectively.

Faced with these doubts, I am convinced that strengthening my theoretical knowledge, particularly in areas such as management and control, is valuable. With this knowledge, I aim to advance into a forward-thinking financial controller. Additionally, I am eager to offer a pragmatic viewpoint to the course and enrich classroom discussions.

I do not really see how the program will be helping you further your training in the aforementioned sections. You are presenting the problems that you have to deal with in your company and why you have difficulties in addressing these issues but, you are not explaining how the program will help you address these problems. What is lacking is a presentation that shows how well you understand the demands of the masters course in relation to your work experience. You must show that you have seriopusly considered the requirements of the course and the demands upon you as a student in order to meet the prompt information requirements. The basis is good, the reflection needs work.
