What is "Memorandum of Advice"?

First time user! Love your website.
Just wondering if by any chance you know what a 'Memorandum of Advice' is?
I am having trouble trying to locate what one looks like. I would like a good example of one
to be able to write one.
Have not had much luck trying to locate one online.
