... if you can explain me more what does contaminated part mean?

In this sentence, it should be : I am also wondering if you can explain me more what contaminated part mean?

So it is incorrect in grammar in my view

How about the first part?

Can you send me the excel file of data sheet you gave me yesterday?

... the excel file of data sheet you gave me yesterday?

Should it be the excel file of the data sheet?

I think there should be an article for this noun.

Hi, I would make the following changes - in red:

Excel file of the data sheet

wondering if you can better explain to me what the "contaminated part" means?
