Writing Feedback / [IELTS] Drawbacks of lacking reading and writing skill and how government deal with the problem [2]

Despite better access to education, many adults today still cannot read or write. In what ways are they disadvantaged? What can governments do to help them? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

In the aging world, many individuals are enabled to access education from an early age. The case is undoubtedly considered to be a good development , but there is still an amount of adults that are unable to cope with writing and reading skills. Definitely, the phenomenon brings drawbacks to people, but the governments are able to take measures to solve the problem.
To begin with, adults lacking skills of writing and reading are at a disadvantage in many aspects. The first bleak side is in job oppotunities as literacy, the most crucial requirement in employment, is not to be accepted by the group of people. Without such skills, people have to face the consequences of being rented or forced to do low salary jobs, which decline their income and put them in economic trouble. Furthermore, the health care aspect is also not insured. As without reading ability, people may face the challenge of understanding medicine instructions and caution guidelines. For instance, people may struggle in reading dangerous signs, leading to being unable to look out for squalls, getting stuck in trifling complexity.
Facing these challenges, the government can provide keys in order to cope with the situation. The most effective way is stimulating classes established for adults and allocating them in acceptable locations. The strategy should be widen attracted, by spending for social media. Adults teaching funds should be used for providing low-charging courses for locally, renting well-educated instructors and developing infrastructure. For example, there are several cultural teaching classes for all ages established around the countryside in Vietnam, lying on government funding for education.
In short, without literacy, people may have more risk in being unbeneficial in many aspects of life. Therefore, residents' responsibility is cooperating and being active in the government's strategy of developing social knowledge.

Writing Feedback / [IELTS] EMPLOYEES 4-WEEK HOLIDAY A YEAR [2]

Employers should give their staff at least a 4-week holiday a year to help employees perform better in their jobs. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Many arguments prove that businesses or consortiums should give employees a long off-day period for at least four weeks per year. Thus, staff may have more chances to gain more productivity in their performances. In my opinion, the strategy should not be carried out because it may cause several risks.
To begin with, employees and employers can benefit in many aspects from receiving a long-day holiday. First, it may be an ideal time for employees to relax and escape pressure from the work environment. Workers nowadays have to face being stuffed with tasks, bills, and paperwork; furthermore, the race to be regarded by their superiors, who have power over their salary, never be detracted. Having a period to get rid of these jobs is a chance to refresh their mind, and be more comfortable and flexible in making decisions that directly affect their job performance. In addition, seniors can take advantage of the period of employees' absence to develop and apply more new equipment to enhance the infrastructure. During a month's holiday, there is more widen of place, thus adding and even placing the old types of equipment such as computers, air conditioners, etc. with the new ones without distracting the staff from their work, can be carried out immediately.
On the other hand, such of long holiday may cause several drawbacks. The first crucial risk is the enhancement of the pessimistic attitude of a few individuals. There is a lot of empirical evidence suggesting that a lack of activeness in particular fields for such a long time can make a person lazier, more effortless, and even more sensitive when returning to work after a long time of being unorganized. They may find that facing a huge range of tasks is a constraint, which can lead to unproductivity not only on their own but also for the organization. Furthermore, the stagnation for such a long time may harm the products' quality. The goods production progresses are processed constantly and are operated by most of the staff, thus the absence makes the process slowed a long time, affecting directly the achieving of company. For instance, in the social media field, with the unrest of social information nowadays, freezing media companies in the strategy four-week holiday may affect the updating of socking occasion ability, thus making the business hazardous, and hurting employees' income.
In conclusion, giving the staff a long holiday is beneficial in many aspects. However, the disadvantages of the strategy seem to outweigh the advantages, due to the negative impact that it causes.

Writing Feedback / [IELTS] ASSIMILATING OF PEOPLE IN ALL OVER THE WORLD ARE BECOME MORE OBVIOUS [2]

The differences between countries are becoming less obvious. Today, people everywhere watch the same movies, follow the same fashion, and see the same brands, advertisements, and TV shows. Do the advantages of this development outweigh the disadvantages? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

It is common knowledge that the cultural shifts between each country nowadays present less obvious. Empirical evidence proves that people all over the world have the same preference for many subjects as movies, TV shows, fashion brands, etc. The phenomenon seems beneficial to individuals; in truth, several drawbacks can be caused by the trend and can be considered getting over the benefits.
On the one hand, integration and cultural exchange may provide chances for national residents to share their identity and gain better income. First, fashion-holes worldwide can receive several modern designs from many fashion leader countries such as Italy, France, Korea, etc. Getting access to the updated outfit trend can help individuals be more confident about their appearance, promoting the creativity of international designers and having more flexibility on making decisions. Secondly, the movie industry has an advantage in being attracted to a wide range of audiences. Many more foreign viewers have a similar sense of drama as historical, community classes, romantic, etc. is the encouragement for entertainment companies to gain more productivity, provide job opportunities for the needy, and address the demand of film temptations.
On the other hand, being extremely assimilated is clear evidence that the phenomenon should be declined. First, the cultural identity of several nations can be threatened. Loanwords of many foreign costumes may have a bleak effect on individuals, especially youngsters. For instance, the younger generation in Vietnam may start to adopt vulgar clothing styles inspired by other nations' cultures, which can erode traditional values. Secondly, idolizing and even worshiping the flashy covering of the international community may put pressure on national values. The prevalence is that people are more attracted to and willing to afford products made in foreign countries than domestic products, making the national industry hazardous by the stramineous of consumers.
In short, globalization of several subjects are beneficial to individuals in many aspects. However, the disadvantage of the phenomenon seems to outweigh the profit that it caused.
