Research Papers / Paper for discriminatory hiring practice [4]

Hi,

I need to do a research paper regarding hiring or not hiring a fully qualified canditiate for a high ranking position. The problem is that this "person" is found to be doing questionable behaviors and posting on facebook.. I would like to deal with ethics, moral and legal issues surrounding but am having trouble finding articles and papers. Any ideas?
