Paper for discriminatory hiring practice

Hi,

I need to do a research paper regarding hiring or not hiring a fully qualified canditiate for a high ranking position. The problem is that this "person" is found to be doing questionable behaviors and posting on facebook.. I would like to deal with ethics, moral and legal issues surrounding but am having trouble finding articles and papers. Any ideas?

why not starting of by interviewing someone in the corporate world whom would be faced with the problem of hiring the person, and see how they would deal with the situation.

I think that you should question the person about the questionable behavior and see if he gives any goo reasons before making your decision.

It's all about the search terms. You should use a good database and search for:
discrimination "promotion from within" hiring qualified

That's what I would do. I use questia, but it costs money. You can use your school's library database, and by using the above terms, you'll get good stuff.

Also, try adding the word "case study" for some good articles to cite.
