i was wondering if you could help me on my cause and effect paper about stress?

One might be dealing with a difficult situation in their life, which leads the person to start thinking of reasons why it happened. For example, senior year of school most students are filling out applications for scholarships. With these scholarships come essays you have to write before a certain date. To most students this date comes fast, and they have not written the essay in time, which leads them to become stressed out. Stress is the body's reaction to a change that requires a physical or emotional adjustment. No matter the age, everybody deals with some type of stress in their life. Considering everybody deals with puzzling matters everyday. Stress leads to many negative effects that could be either short or long-termed.

What stress does to most people may not produce the same effect on others. Some might see what happens to them as a positive effect of stress, others negative. Some people go with the flow, while others fall apart at the slightest obstacle of stress. The outlook that a person has on life tends to be how that person can deal with stress. Considering the effects, they could either be muscle pains or spasms, sickness and diseases, or they could suffer heart problems. Stressors an activity, event, or other stimulus that causes stress, may cause more, which could lead to unhealthy habits.

Major short-term effects of stress is moodiness, depression, muscle tension, separation from others, and certain sicknesses. Some people suffer symptoms of alarm and adrenaline production that lead to their internal effects of stress. People with psychological stress are more prone to develop colds and other sicknesses, because . Stress that continues without relief can lead to distress, or pressure in a situation, is a negative stress reaction leading the body to become unable to relax or sleep. Other short term effects of stress are physical deformities of the skin. Some skin deformities include rashes, hives, wrinkles, and pimples. People might get these because they are Internal factors determine the body's ability to deal with the external factors that cause stress.

When the body keeps changing and dealing with the same stressor it is the persistent long-term stress. Long term events like a divorce, the effects of the job, death in the family, and the difficulties that one deals with on a daily basis include the external stress effects. As a result, a person could become excluded from others by reacting badly to what they say. Job stress is the leading source from which most of a person's stress comes. For example, a person fails an exam for a job. That person then becomes stressed because he or she was not able to get the job and there is no way of earning money to buy everyday necessities. Another example, school-related stress, can be related to taking too many courses, and being involved in numerous extracurricular activities. The resulting effects of this are illness, lower grades, family problems, or even dropping out. Whether negative or positive, short or long-termed stress affects many people.

Negative or positive situations can all lead to someone to become alarmed. Stress tends to affect one's body and health in different ways. Most visits to a doctors' office are said to be stress related, and it is important to figure out the priorities and how to manage them. Controlling how much stress affects ones own self can help that person deal with stress. Managing stress is all about taking charge: taking charge of thoughts, emotions, schedules, and the way one deals with problems. By figuring out these priorities, one can gain more time to work on fulfilling the duties of everyday to the fullest, so that he or she will not become stressed.
