Writing Feedback / Custom essay about my wallet [NEW]

A wallet, or purse for some, is a precious item in which most people carry things more essential than money towards everyday life. If some people were to lose that portable safe, they may be offset for the rest of that day. The person without that wallet could be cranky or depressed for a while. Maybe something of great sentimental value was in that wallet. This person could stay hold these feelings for a long time, until they find their belongings by which case they are filled with joy. I, personally, keep anything I may have interest in knowing where it is, in my wallet. I am very good about always having my wallet and never losing it...until recently.

In my wallet, I store dire personal items such as my passport and some pictures. Among other things, I have money, like everybody else, and certificates for stores. Last summer, I went to the Camp with my friends. The bad thing is I had all money which I collected from them to spend our trip. I drove down there with my wallet and took it everywhere with me, like I would any other time. Well, when someone doesn't have pockets, then it is hard to keep their wallet right next to them at all times. I was carrying my wallet out from the house, along with my keys, and set both on top of the car. When I figured out that I needed the keys in order to get in the car and turn it on, I took them off the top of the roof, leaving my wallet behind. I sat in the car, car door open, waiting for my friend to make it to the car so we could all go to swim. Once she made it to the car, without thinking, I closed the door and started the car. I had been driving about half a mile before I realized that my wallet was no longer on my body. Immediately, I pulled the car over, and the next hour or so was spent looking for my wallet. All I could think about was what we would lose if I didn't find my wallet. Aside from that we had 3000 Togrog which equals to 3$ in cash. While walking up and down the road that my wallet flew off on, my friend found my shopping card. That eased my mind a little. However, that was all we found of my dear wallet. My friends and I gave up after wasting an hour of finding nothing. Losing my wallet made me depressed for the rest of the day. I could not believe I did something so stupid.

(The next day, my mom called me and asked about our trip. I was afraid to tell her about I lost my wallet. That time I didn't say anything about the wallet. We decided to stay 3 days. After that we couldn't stay no longer there. We didn't have money to pay for the camp expense. We had no chance to leave that place. The good thing is we had enough gas to get back to home.)

Since that single event, I have lost my wallet two other times, none as serious as before. I have also lost something sincere to me by putting it on top of the car. However, I was fortunate enough to get it back. The carelessness of my misplacing has taught me a lesson, simply think before I act. This is something everyone is taught numerous times. Only now, it is easier for me to apply that to my actions. If I follow that idea, I could avoid future problems like this, preemptive caution. It took a scare like this for it to finally kick in to me.

and what topic is perfect on that? it will due tomorrow, I hope u can check my essay today.

Thank u

Undergraduate / Time in Terelj - descriptive essay [4]

Great time in Terelj

One summer, I went to Terelj, Ulaanbaatar with my family. That was two days traveling. The Park was situated at 80 km north east of UlaanBaatar, and is a very popular area with the locals on a weekend. It took us nearly two hours to drive from the capital as the roads were pretty bad. The park lay at 1600 metres high and offered great opportunities for hiking, horse-riding, rafting and rock climbing. The parks were over 1.2 million acres large. The landscape was looking a little bit like the Alps. It is a national park which started to developed in the 1960's and officially was classified as a National Park in 1994. It is almost uninhabited by humans, only by a few nomads and farmers. Inside the park, there were ranges of protected animals such as birds, moose, and bears. Terelj has a many great opportunities and such a beautiful place.

We have spent two nights in a ger camp; there was a building about fifty meters away with some toilets, but no electricity. It was the typical Mongolian ger tent. It will take about thirty minutes to put the tent up for a nomad. The GER tent was spacious and could accommodate a minimum of four persons per tent. Inside there was a wooden stove to heat the tent up. In the morning a worker entered the tent while we were still sleeping to put more wood inside. It is great so as I woke up it was really warm. The temperature during the night was -02C. During the day it was about 25C. Camps are not at the same place depending on the season; there are summer camps and winter camps which are open mostly all year long.

We ordered the Mongolian traditional food, Boodog .That is one of my favorites. Boodog is made from goat or marmot meat. After a goat is slaughtered, the head and other parts are separated without cutting the skin. Then, in the skin all the meat that are cut into pieces and bones are put together with specially heated stones. Meanwhile, salt, water, and other spices are added. When everything is put in, the upper opening from which the head is separated is tied well and placed over an open fire. During this time, the outside of the skin or wool is burnt; therefore, it needs to be rubbed off. Within three hours, the meat is cooked both from the inside and outside. Food was provided it was mainly soups and delicious dishes.

After the lunch, we went to see Melkhi Khad; it was about twenty minutes drive from my ger camp. One of the best places which is wonderful to see was The Turtle Rock, or called Melkhi Khad by the locals, an interesting rock formation looking like a turtle. Not only Melkhi Khad but also there were a lot of interesting shape rocks such as mother, father, baby bear, and two-hump camel. The Turtle Rock was set in a valley. My sister and I were fit and slim, we climbed behind the rock and accessed the head of the turtle, and there we found a very small hole where we squeezed through. When we managed that, once here there is a superb view point over the valley. My mom was shouting "Be careful." Coming back in was more difficult as there is nowhere to put our feet; my parents looked concerned. My father immediately pulled us from the other side. We took some funny pictures. That was my unforgettable time.

From the Turtle Rock, I trekked along two hours walk to a temple on the top of a hill, then another hour to climb to the temple. Along the way we saw wild flowers such as Edelweiss. They looked like white carpet. That was amazing. I'm proud that grows in Mongolia. Because people think they can only find them in Switzerland.

Once we arrived on the top of the temple, the view was superb, well worth the effort.

There is one more unique opportunity which we really can saddle up a horse and ride for thousands of kilometers without crossing any fences or worrying about trespassing in Mongolia. We decided to rent a horse. We can ride pretty well, and we raced. My father at first, me at second, and my sister and my mother at third for the race. But at the end my hip was hurt because I had not ridden horse for a long time. My sister was spoiled. My mother offered us home made yoghurt, biscuits and airag. Mongolian main products are diary products which are produced by milk of cow and sheep. Airag is kind of alcoholic. I like airag very much; all Mongolians like airag.

We were relieved to finally rest our legs from our long, exciting day. I didn't want to go back to home. I guess they didn't want to go back either. At that time I mentioned how peaceful Mongolian country life is. In my opinion everyone needs to travel with family. Getting out the city's nervous life, spend some time with their children, is more important. It's part of our life.

This is descriptive essay, Can u tell there is a thesis. Terelj has a great opportunity and such a beautiful place thi sis my thesis. is this strong enough? And tell me what else I need work on that?

Thank u

Essays / could u check my thesis; is it strong enough? [8]

"'Terelj has a many great opportunities and such a beautiful place."""
Is it can be strong thesis?

Strong thesis statement? ('end of segregation during..')

About religions - Is this a strong thesis for my essay on my religions?

There are hundreds of similarities and differences between religions, but it is those differences that make them each unique and special.

The end of segregation during the mid-twentieth century would not have taken place without strong people, determination, and prayer.

Research Papers / paper review in economic [4]

this is my first paper review in economic. Could u check the wording and errors please. Maybe some of part is not understable for u, If will tell me.

Thank u

Sandy Shore who is Business writer wrote an article about how much more and for how long can prove a complicated estimate based on a variety of factors such as the animal losses from the storms, the weather and supplies. The article, "Western storms may force beef prices up" was published in news on January, 7, 2007.

There are several strong storms pounded the West with lot of disruption. The back -to-back holiday storms sent blowing snow into huge drifts that stranded thousands of animals on open range in the Oklahoma Panhandle, Kansas, southeastern Colorado and parts of Nebraska - representing the at least one half of the nation's cattle feeding areas. A similar storm in 1997 killed 30.000 cattle in Colorado. Estimates of losses on ranges were at least 3500 head in Colorado, might be more. Disasters tend to be highly visible events with the potential for considerable economic dislocation.

One of the feedlots said he will have to pay more to put weight on the cattle. He isn't sure yet how much the storm damages will cost him. Precise determination of the feedlot's impacts is constrained by the dynamic interaction of numerous biological and economic variables.

The price of cattle heading from the feedlot to the packing plant will increase by about 5 percent in the near term, according to Doud and Cattle Fax's Good. Fed cattle prices were about 4.5 percent higher Friday, from $85 per hundredweight to $89 to90$ per hundredweight. Economists said it is too early to tell if retail prices will be affected but most don't believe it will be significant change, if any, because retailers have the ability to manage inventories more easily in the $ 79.5 billion retail beef industry.

The affected herds in Colorado represent about $1.8 billion worth of cattle including breeding cows that will produce calves for next year's supply. Seeing this western storm will cause a decrease in supply, increase in demand. One of the determinant of supply is natural disaster.

From the article" Our prices to our customers are not going to be affected probably in the short term, he said " It might affect us a little bit as we get into the longer term, six to 12 months, depending on how much loss there is." On page 17-9 it discussed biggest factor affecting price elasticity of supply is time. If the price of beef increases, the quantity supplied monthly in West area would increase relatively little in the first month after the price increase. If the price remains high for a year, the quantity supplied each month would increase much more. But for the consumer if the price of beef by 5%, the quantity demanded in the next week would decrease relatively little. If the price of beef stays high for a year, the quantity demanded will decrease more, as consumer substitute for other goods. There are some substitutions goods for beef such as chicken, pork, mutton. An increase in the cost of production will decrease in supply; cost of production and quantity is inversely related.

Natural disaster-related economic losses. While the loss of human life from the devastating Western Storm is overwhelming, the economic cost was an estimated $1.8 billion. The twentieth century was relatively benign in comparison to the past. We've had worse volcanic eruptions, more severe storms, worse drought (in the past). What overwhelms us is population.

Writing Feedback / example essay about and amazing artists [4]

This is my example essay, I tried to write about what he is amazing artists, adn gave some example of my feelings. it will due tomorrow morning. So can u check me quickly. and also I really want to say thank u, Your helps are always help me

Tima Bilan is one of my favorite artists. He was born in Russia. Bilan's music is probably the most sincere work of artistry I have heard in my entire life. He began writing songs in high school but never pursued his music much until he was in college and met some encouraging friends. Some of those people urged him to play out more, and that was around the time he was living in Moscow, three years ago. There he began opening for different musicians and local bands and consistently received good response from listeners. Despite being encouraged, Bilan hesitated to really chase after his own music. "It seemed too risky, and I wasn't sure if I was good enough," he says. Nonetheless, he continued to write music out of "necessity to his health" and play publicly only on a casual basis, for weddings and for friends in living rooms. Once in a while he would open for a professional act.

Two years after living in Moscow, Aaron was asked to open for a group called Storyhill at an Angle studio. He agreed, and the night he played, the folk duo sincerely praised his songs. Later, Alex, a member of Storyhill, approached Bilan and said he wanted to help him get his music heard; that he thought it should be shared. A benefactor offered to fund a large chunk of the recording expense if Bilan decided to record an album. Fast forward a year and a half. Finally convinced that he has something worth sharing, Bilan recorded his first album. It is entitled "My Whole Life" and was independently released on September 27th, 2005. The album was truly amazing. Aaron is currently promoting it in order to see what sort of response it attracts. So far, that response has been utterly positive. I really hope he would be superstar in the world not too long after.

Why do I like him is, there is some reason. I had a very unsteady day. Questioning my ideas on my journey of life. I decided to clear up my computer room and started checking out various artists on the computer. My thoughts and feelings started coming out of Aaron's songs. The words of his songs were coming from within me. Thank you for the realization that my thoughts and feelings are not just my own, but we all share a common bond of life's daily journeys. They are not always a straight course, but to get to our destiny of which we our and what are purpose in life is, we do share hardships, loneliness and confusion at times. Keep in mind though, we all can feel like a King or Queen for a day.

After I listened to the first sample of his song I knew I would love it. It hasn't left my cd player since I received for a month. Tima Bilan is wonderful songwriter and singer. His songs are really solid songwriting. I liked it right away, and the more that I listen to it, the better it is. Aaron's songs are all different enough melodically to keep me interested, and the depth and variation of lyrical content is really quite impressive. He writes with the honesty of a man with nothing to lose and the understanding of a man who has seen many years, and he sings with earnestness. The music is soothing and gripping, reassuring and convicting, all at the same time.

He is talented artist .I would compare it to Gun's N Roses. His voice is unique and glorious just flow together like they were meant to be. His music leads me to the feeling of wanting more. Luminous is not a word normally used about music, but in the case of his song there's no other option. The incandescent purity and simplicity of espy's work shines, moving it beyond mere music to an intimate journey of the soul. How it can feel so complete and yet always leave me wanting more is amazing. The music was insightful, deep and showed knowledge of himself. The lyrics showed that life was bigger than what is inside our own heads; it gave a hope and a life to the sometimes very dark times we experience. It was creative and had a great sense of balance and variety. Listening to the songs all the way through was no trouble at all because of the difference in styles, tempo and themes of each song.

I told to my friend about his music. Once she listened; repeated more often than not when she just needs to relax. Now I can say if you might be going about your routine when you hit play but gradually, you'll find yourself turning away from your business to listen a bit more deeply; you'll notice a shift in your breathing, a slowing of your pulse and a need to turn up the volume and pause. As easily as the sun rises and falls, his music inhales and exhales, ebbs and flows and satisfies some mysterious, hungry need in the soul. Hearing his music is like the experience of not realizing how thirsty you are until you start drinking, and then suddenly, you feel like parched, cracking soil aching for moisture, drinking it in with a sigh, with ecstatic desperation for more. Whatever it is in his music that fulfills such an intense, concealed need, there's no doubt that this is some of the most gorgeous male folk you'll hear.
