Essays / Topic ideas for a customer service paper? [2]

I have to write a paper for my client services class. The paper can be about anything pertaining to customer service. This class is kind of dry so I want to find a topic that will spice things up. Some examples of topics that i have been given are non-verbal communication, history of customer service, anger management and conflict resolution. I will have to present my research to a class and I really want to captivate my audience with an interesting topic.
